hahaha @Nudist! That's funny. Rose, it does kind of taste flowery, huh? It's never been my favorite tea but I bought a chamomile citron flavor and it is good, maybe try one like that if you can find it? The brand I tried was Mighty Leaf, if you want to try to find it.

I like green teas too. I've lately been drinking a green & black tea mix for breakfast. Green tea can be bitter if you brew it too long. Honey or agave nectar in it helps cut down the bitterness.

Post Re: Chamomile tea
Chamomile tea helped get me through a nasty bout of depression and insomnia during my final year at uni.
It is an acquired taste tho - I'm not sure if they trade outside the UK, but Twinings do a Chamomile and spiced apple' version that helps. It's cinnamon-ish.

Grass and soap - lol Poppy - it's true tho.

I acquired the taste as a student in my final year when I was suffering from insomnia and depression. It took a little bit of doing but it was certainly worth it. I'd add a few drops of a herbal sedative I got from a health shop too - it really helped sort my body clock out. Now that grass-and-soap flavour itself associates in my mind with relaxation-time.

Twinings do a camomile and spiced apple flavour which is more palatable - stirring honey in it is a great idea, as honey's got it's own collection of healing properties!
