 Re: l.lanham the hillbilly rose
BH and Tina you mentioned trying to start a blog before and getting really frustrated. I had the same experience with trying to create a website...I needed to do it for something but it was so complicated and I didn't have anyone to ask, so I just gave up. The thought of doing it again makes me cringe.
For awhile, I had a blog on Yahoo 360. It was a good experience for creating a blog but that was all within the easy framework of the site...not from scratch.

 Re: l.lanham the hillbilly rose
It's actually not that bad Poppy..
The blog that I got frustrated with & deleted, was my very first attempt..
And as HSP's, we do tend to get overwhelmed with things, which doesn't help..
But if you ever decide to create another blog. Well BraveHeart's at blogger.com. And I'm at wordpress.com.. And I'm sure we'd each be able to help you manuever your way around those sites..
I guess we just have to find "the right one" that speaks to each of us individually. Wordpress.com has been alot easier for me to work with.. And I still do get frustrated with it sometimes, but I'm learning along the way.
And I've discovered when I get those "Can't take it anymore, wanna quit!" moments with my blog. That's when I need to just take some time away from it.
As BraveHeart once said, that sometimes it feels like a great big piece of pie or something like that... But I also remember Poppy & Butterfly saying to just take it in little bites.. Small pieces at a time... Which is so true!
Also, Butterfly has a blog too.. But I can't quite remember where that is right off hand.
