 Mandalas for spiritual health..
I was thinking this afternoon about Mandalas and drawing them. I attended a six week Creative Process workshop and we used Mandalas during that period. I'm going to start working with them over the next three weeks to see how it goes, if I can defeat that voice that says "its all a waste of time, don't bother"...!! Found a link to making a Mandala, just in case anyone else is interested.. http://www.art-is-fun.com/how-to-draw-a-mandala.htmlMouse

Mouse, thank you for posting that website! I love mandalas. Yet another thing I want to incorporate into my (someday) counseling practice.

 Re: Mandalas for spiritual health..
I have done 2 mandalas so far. Mouse, that link was the best! I had several other links on mandalas but the instructions for spacing out the circles was really helpful! I am so bad about photographing or scanning in my art... I will try to remember so I can post them!
The mandalas were really fun, I like them a lot!

 Re: Mandalas for spiritual health..
Hey, all you artistisans, how about creating a mandala for Tribe--one that represents who we are and want to be?
You lovely people want to play with that idea?
We could put it in the next edition of the magazine--and, yes, once Butterfly gets a bit stronger, we will again produce our magazine!
