Post Re: Depression and what to do about it
The article on the physical effects of depression is a good one. As I see older people around me I have become more aware of their facial expressions. I don't mean the imitation smiles that are ilicited by saying "cheese" or "money" for a photograph. I mean the expressions that we carry when we are not aware of being observed. A lifetime of feelings gets etched on our faces. The warning given to us by our mothers "If you make that face it will freeze on you" has come to pass.

Our facial expressions apparently are not the only thing that are an indication of our life
experiences. Apparently our whole body reflects those emotions. Do you think HSPs are
identifyable by their facial expressions?

I don't know about facial expressions so much but probably the look in out eyes... ;)
